Juvenile Competition

Held on the 18th of March 2023 – The National Piping Centre Otago Street

We are delighted to once again have our annual Juvenile Competition, although you must be a member of the Scottish Pipers’ Association to enter.

We have 12 events, listed below.

  • The competition is open to all members of the Scottish Pipers’ Association.
  • Membership is priced at £10 per annum
  • Entry is confined to amateur juveniles who have never played in Open Professional Events
  • Competitors will be confined to either Chanter or Bagpipe events and cannot enter both.
  • Bagpipe Entrants can only play in one age group category – (13 & Under, 15 & Under or 18 & Under)
  • Entries will close on 17th February. Late entries cannot be accepted unfortunately.
  • Competitors in events 3-12 should wear full highland dress.
